Rolling handle - The tried and true grip classic, great way to develop grip strength with pick ups or hangs.
Wrist wrench - An incredibly effective and satisfying way to target your forearm flexors and extensors. Relatively little weight is required, which makes it much easer to get started at home.
Alternative uses - it can also be used as a static handle by keeping the ropes in the slots and turning it slightly towards your palm (as when targeting extensors), this is helpful for example when doing hangs or pull ups if you want an easier grip on one or both hands. For advanced rehab/prehab, it can also be used with the rope on only one side, with the rope freely rotating or engaged in the slot, to strengthen your wrists in all ways imaginable (pronation, supination, ulnar/radial deviation, combined with flexion or extension)
Why wood? - Because we love wood! Yes, we are biased. But for good reason. Not only is it a renewable and sustainable material, it also feels and performs incredibly well. Wood has good, consistent friction on you skin, and can absorb and buffer moisture, meaning sweat won't interfere with your training as much as with a metal or plastic grip. Also, due to its porous structure and natural tannins, wood is inherently antimicrobial. Wood is more sustainable, feels better, performs better, and is more hygenic.
