Kanelsnäcka - Grip Block

This versatile grip block helps you train your grip strength numerous different ways! The two larger pockets have a depth of 20 mm, and the smaller mono has a depth of 25 mm. The depth of the large pocket can be adjusted using the included spacers. The outside of the grip block can be used to train pinches with three different widths.
